Refund Policy

2.1 Timeframe

• You must request the refund within 30 days of your purchase date
• Refund requests after 30 days will not be honored
• The purchase date is the date your payment was processed

2.2 Good-faith participation (program-based)

For program-based services (Cosmic Spark™, Divine Reunion™):

• You must show meaningful participation — daily rituals/guidance and WhatsApp engagement when needed — so we know you genuinely tried the program, not abandoned it unused.
• You do not need to reach the final day of your track before requesting a refund inside the 30-day window — but idle or no-use purchases are not covered (see §3).

2.3 Report-Based Services

For one-time consultations and reports:

• Refunds are available before the report is delivered
• Once the report is generated and sent, refunds are not available
• This is because the report is custom-made for you and cannot be resold

• After 30 days: Any refund request made after the 30-day period
• No meaningful participation: If there is no realistic record of rituals, guidance, or support engagement showing you genuinely tried — requests that look like abandonment without use
• Delivered reports: Once a one-time consultation report is delivered
• Full program period consumed: If you have finished every included day of what you purchased (complete Cosmic Spark™ — the full paid 7-day track — or complete Divine Reunion™ — the full paid 21-day track, as purchased). Refunds are not issued once you have consumed the whole included service for your tier inside that track.
• Coaching sessions attended: Sessions that have been completed cannot be refunded
• Promotional/discounted purchases: Special offers may have different refund terms
• Third-party purchases: Purchases made through platforms other than our official website
• Chargebacks: If you initiated a chargeback with your bank (this violates our terms)

To request a refund, follow these steps:

5.1 Processing Time

• Review: 2-3 business days
• Approval to Refund: 5-7 business days
• Bank Processing: 3-7 business days (depends on your bank)
• Total Time: 7-14 business days from approval

5.2 Refund Method

• India (Razorpay): Refunded to the original UPI ID, card, or bank account
• International (Stripe): Refunded to the original card or payment method
• We cannot refund to a different payment method or account

5.3 Refund Amount

• You will receive 100% of the amount you paid
• If you attended any coaching sessions, those will be deducted from the refund
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable (typically 2-3% of transaction)
• Currency conversion fees (if any) are non-refundable

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds:

• Program Extensions: If you purchased an extension and are unsatisfied, we may refund only the extension cost
• Coaching Packages: If you purchased sessions but only used some, we may refund unused sessions
• Service Issues: If there was a technical issue or delay, we may offer a partial refund as compensation

• Chargebacks violate our Terms and Conditions
• Your account will be permanently suspended
• We will provide evidence to your bank that services were delivered
• Chargeback fees will be added to any outstanding balance
• You may be reported to fraud prevention agencies

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your purchase is subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
