9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mannki Health Services Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Emotional distress or relationship outcomes
• Actions taken based on our guidance

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data is handled in accordance with:

• EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for users in the EEA
• Our Privacy Policy
• Industry-standard security practices

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and delete any downloaded content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kota, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute-resolution process below.

Any disputes will be resolved through:

2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Arbitration in Kota, Rajasthan, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (if mediation fails)

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mannki Health Services Private Limited regarding the use of our services.
